BASIC BAR SERVICE
~Basic bar services include~
We'll arrive a bit before the contract start time fully dressed in professional attire. Complete setup of bar area, basic beer, wine and limited non-alcoholic beverage service throughout the evening, help with clearing glassware and any unwanted debris from tables, breakdown, and full cleanup of bar area.
~Basic bar staffing requirements~
To insure the best quality of service, Bartenders Extraordinaire requires one licensed, certified, professional bartender with our basic bar services, serving up to 75 guests. Services for 75 to 150 guests we require two professional bartenders. Events with an estimated 150 to 225 guests, we require two licensed bartenders and one beverage server. For events with an estimated 225 up to 325 guests, we'll require three bartenders and one beverage server/bar back. For events with over 325 guests, we'll consult with you on pricing.

Bartending/Staffing services start at the rate of $225.00 for the first four hours of our 'basic' bartending service. A full one hour set up period is required and included in our four hour minimum rate. Each/any additional hour of basic service start at the rate of $45.00 per staff member.

Standard bar beverage services
Standard beverage services include~
Your Bartenders will arrive a bit before the contract start time fully dressed in professional attire. Complete setup of bar area, basic beer, wine and limited non-alcoholic beverage service throughout the evening, help with clearing glassware and unwanted debris from tables, breakdown, and full cleanup of bar area.
As part of our standard bar service, we provide our own bar equipment at no additional charge. Including but not limited to: beverage napkins, chilled wine tubs, chilled beverage buckets, (for cold bottles/cans) bus tubs, ice scoops, wine openers, keg tubs, tables, tablecloths, garbage can, bar towels and bleach buckets.

Bartending services start at the rate of $250.00 for the first four hours of our 'standard' bartending service. A full one hour set up period is required and included in our four hour minimum rate. Each/any additional hour of our 'Standard service' start at the at the rate of $55.00 per staff member.

FULL BAR BEVERAGE SERVICES
Full bar services include~
We'll arrive a bit before the contract start time, fully dressed in professional attire. Complete setup of bar area, creating and serving Craft cocktails, beer, wine and limited non-alcoholic beverage service throughout the evening, help with clearing glassware and unwanted debris from tables, breakdown, and full cleanup of bar area.
Complimentary provisions~
As part of our full bar service we provide our own bar equipment at no additional charge. Including but not limited to these items: Beverage napkins, straws, martini shakers, pour spouts, store n' pours, muddlers, bar spoons, garnish trays, ice scoops, rimmer caddies, wine openers, chilled wine tubs, chilled beverage buckets (for cold bottles/cans), bus tubs, keg tubs, tables, tablecloths, garbage can, bar towels and bleach buckets.
Full bar staffing requirements~
To insure the best quality of service, Bartenders Extraordinaire requires one licensed, certified, professional bartender with our full bar services, serving up to 50 guests. Services for 50 to 125 guests we require two professional bartenders. For events with an estimated 125 up to 200 guests, we require two licensed Bartenders and one beverage server/bar back. For events with an estimated 200 up to 275 guests, we require three licensed Bartenders and one beverage server/bar back. For events larger than 300, we will consult with you on pricing.
Full bar rates~
Bartending services start at $275.00 per staff member, for the first four hours of our 'full' bartending service. A full one hour set up period is required and included in our four hour minimum rate. Each/any additional hour of full bartending services start at the rate of $65.00 per staff member.
Please note: The rates listed above, are based on bar/beverage services only. For additional services such as, servers, wait staff, bar backs, seating, hostesses, coat check, Etc. different (Lower) rates may apply.
Pricing is subject to change based on
Any additional more experienced staffing requirements, tier upgrades, champagne toast, double bar set ups, keg taps, additional services, additional provisions, signature cocktails, additional hours of services, cake cutting, Coffee/Tea service, extensive beverage quantity consultation, expiration of beverage quantity consultation, missing confirmation or payment deadlines, late payment at time of services rendered; As well as any other additional services required. A reasonable amount of pricing/fees will be assessed and added with a clear description.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED
Complete purchasing of ANY or ALL bar provisions, pickup and delivery of any or all bar product/provisions, Cake slicing, beverage quantity consultation, glassware rentals, bistro tables, non alcoholic beverage decanters, coffee/tea service, Champagne toast, beverage servers, food servers, bussers, wait staff, hostesses, full and complete venue set up and venue clean up, coat check... AND MORE! (If you don't see your specific need/desire here...please ask)
Pick-up and delivery services:
Let us do the shopping for you! Pickup and delivery of any or all bar supplies is also available starting at the rate of $45.00 per hour. These services include and are not limited to: Planning, creating shopping lists, purchasing, preparing, driving, loading and unloading, pickup & delivery of product, as well as any garnish prep time.
Food servers: Will help in setting up food service area (Chafing dishes OR platters), keeping silverware and plates fully stocked, replenishing food as needed, clearing plates and unwanted debris from tables and other areas.
Bussers/beverage servers/bar backs: Busing services include; supporting the bar/wait staff, help with clearing plates, silverware, glassware, and unwanted debris from tables and other areas, rinsing plates and silverware, and putting them away in proper storage areas/bins. (if necessary)
Wait staff: Waiters/Waitresses will take table side food and beverage orders from guests, serve food and limited beverages at tables, help with clearing plates and unwanted debris from tables, bring plates and glassware to kitchen or pre-approved drop off area.
Hostessing: Hosts will show guests to assigned tables, check names of guests and seat them to assigned tables, give name badges to guests, help with letting guests know the itinerary/protocol of evening events, bring first round of beverages to guests if time allows.
THIRD PARTY INSURED
**Bartenders Extraordinaire carries $1 million/$2 million Liquor liability insurance policy. An additional insured policy can be obtained for individual events/venues.
Service areas
**Bartenders Extraordinaire serves the greater Seattle area, and is willing to travel up to 25 miles at no additional charge. Gas rates, Ferry fees/toll fees and travel expenses will apply. Hourly rates may apply for travel over 25 miles. No place is too far!
**We understand in today's economy money is tight. We offer 10% off to our seniors and any nonprofit fundraising events. Plus, if you pay in cash, we will give you 10% off services.
Credit card processing
Credit card payments are gladly accepted. We can take deposits and payments over the phone. A 5.9% credit card processing and handling fee will be added to the total amount processed for each transaction. And will be added when processing all card payments. American Express cards will be at the rate of 6.5% processing and handling fee.
Any/All Washington State taxes will apply on all applicable purchases as well any applicable taxes implemented by Washington State. Taxes are based on the location of the event and/or where any/all provisions are purchased.
Note: Taxes are included in our rates, unless otherwise clearly stipulated.
Service fee
An 18% service fee will be added to the total bar bill. Service fee is based on; unforeseen additional hourly services, cleaning, sanitizing, restocking, administrative billing, processing and handling etc.
Gratuity
If you would like to leave a gratuity, please do so in a separate payment. Either directly to the bartenders; include it in your final payment OR mail it to bartenders Extraordinaire@ 473 W. Maple St. Monroe, WA. 98272. I'll be sure they receive it promptly and fairly. A typical gratuity is regularly 15% to 25% of the total bar bill. A discreet tip jar will be placed on or near the bar area, unless other gratuitous arrangements have been made clear prior to the start time of services on the event date.
Consultation services
**We offer TWO free hours of consultation services**
Each/any additional hour of consultation will be at the rate of $45.00 per hour. Consultation services are based on the amount of emails exchanged within a reasonable amount of time from the beginning of contact of both parties, as well as any/all contract revisions, up to the FINAL approved contract. Fee is also based on giving consultation prior to cancellation of services. The two free hours offered is based on hiring our services.
Short term booking fees will apply as follows
We require a minimum thirty day booking period prior to the event. This fee will be implemented for each staff member hired. Booking an event within 30 days up to two weeks before the event will be an additional $35.00 per staff member. Booking an event within two weeks up to one week before the event will be an additional $60.00 per staff. Booking an event within one week up to the day before the event will be an additional $100.00.
Our experts recommend you book us at least 45 days out. And as far out as one year, to ensure you get us on the date you desire.
Note: This policy is strictly enforced
Cancellation policies
Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER for any reason up to 14 days prior to the event shall forfeit the deposit. Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER within 7 days of the date of event shall also require payment of the balance to the PROVIDER, unless the same act is re-booked by the PURCHASER for a mutually agreeable date within 30 days of the canceled date. A PURCHASER canceling their engagement by telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail, email) within 14 days prior to the event.
All events are "rain or shine" unless otherwise stipulated. The PURCHASER is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the PROVIDER has arrived at the event location, even if PROVIDER cannot perform due to inclement weather or conditions such as: mud, dirt, trees/stumps, animals.
Additional riders for services
Bartenders Extraordinaires liability
Bartenders Extraordinaire will NOT be liable for damages caused while contractors are actively working under our policies, procedures and bylaw guidelines. Our bartenders are contracted workers who are liable and held responsible for their own General Liability through private pay or private Insurance. We know mishaps can happen from time to time. If there is an issue, please inform us of the problem. We will do our absolute best to resolve the issue at hand. If we can't help to come up with a reasonable solution in a timely manner, we will consider taking personal action to rectify the issue. We will consider any/all claims against our contracted workers.
Venue requirements and Amenities
Facility MUST have running water or ample water supply for hand washing and sanitation purposes. All service areas must be conducive to food and beverage service setup, for proper flow of services. (We can/will do our best to accommodate your needs, if we know up front what type of illicit conditions we're working with prior to event.
Seasonal rates may apply
Seasonal rates may be applied in due circumstances. Seasonal contracted bartender resources may be limited and smaller events may be affected. Seasonal rates are at the discretion of management to apply. Rates start at $15.00 per staff member and will not exceed $42.50 per tender.
Seasonal dates are generally between June-September 15 and November 15-January 15
